Обґрунтовано, що предмет посягання в таких провадженнях має «подвійну» природу: з одного боку, це інформаційний продукт (текст, аудіо-, відеоматеріал, креолізований контент, символіка), а з іншого – цифровий носій та комунікаційне середовище його поширення (соціальні мережі, месенджери, платформи, облікові записи, пристрої, метадані), що суттєво ускладнює доказування та потребує системного залучення спеціальних знань. The article provides a comprehensive theoretical and applied analysis of the application of special knowledge in the investigation of crimes related to information aggression, as provided for in Articles 436, 436-1,and 436-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
