З’ясовано, що з початку повномасштабного ведення бойових дій на території України та оголошення воєнного стану показники офіційної статистики щодо фактів домашнього насильства суттєво знизились. Досліджено особливості кримінологічної характеристики осіб, які вчиняють домашнє насильство під час дії правового режиму воєнного стану. Описано заходи запобігання та протидії домашньому насильству, застосовані під час дії воєнного стану в Україні. The article examines the dynamics of domestic violence since the beginning of fullscale hostilities on the territory of Ukraine. The study shows that since the commencement of hostilities and the declaration of martial law, there has been a significant reduction in incidents of domestic violence, according to ofÏcial statistics. However, studies show that the decline in statistics regarding domestic violence does not necessarily indicate a decline in the actual occurrence of this issue. This article details a survey conducted by 32 experts employed in both the National Police and general and specialized victim support services throughout the regions of Donetsk, Zakarpattia, Zaporizhzhya, Kyiv, Lviv, Luhansk, Kharkiv, and Kherson. The study aimed to identify the main factors accountable for decreasing the number of reported instances of domestic violence since the beginning of full-scale hostilities on Ukrainian soil. After February 24, 2022, a decrease in domestic violence cases was recorded.
