Обґрунтовано, що в умовах стрімкого поширення цифрових технологій і постійного посилення ролі електронних доказів комп’ютерно-технічна експертиза набуває значення однієї з найзатребуваніших форм використання спеціальних знань у кримінальному провадженні. The article presents a comprehensive study of the organizational, tactical, and procedural principles underlying the purpose of computer-technical examination during the investigation of criminal offenses.
