The main requirements for modern leaders are the ability to innovate, openness to cooperation and the desire to introduce positive changes in society. Legal and institutional reform, financing and resourcing, preventing corruption and ensuring transparency, as well as modernization and innovation are key aspects that will require attention in the post-war era.
