Запропоновано внести зміни до Закону України “Про національну безпеку України”, а також включити Національне антикорупційне бюро до складу сектору безпеки і оборони і, таким чином, забезпечити законодавче закріплення взаємодії Спеціалізованої антикорупційної прокуратури із сектором безпеки і оборони. The article analyzes the place of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s OfÏce of the General Prosecutor’s OfÏce in the security and defense sector of Ukraine in accordance with current legislation. The topic’s relevance stems from the fact that despite the aggressor’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine’s territory, corruption remains one of the country’s most significant threats to national security. Thus, it is necessary to determine the status of specialized anti-corruption bodies, in particular the specialized anti-corruption prosecutor’s ofÏce, in the security and defense sector.
