The dissertation research is devoted to a comprehensive analysis of the theoretical and applied foundations for investigating unlawful interference with the operation of automated systems within bodies and institutions of the justice system, as well as to substantiating contemporary approaches to the development of a forensic methodology for the detection, disclosure, and pre-trial investigation of the relevant criminal offenses.
