    Дисертація є одним з перших в Україні комплексних монографічних досліджень щодо проблем кримінальної відповідальності та покарання військовослужбовців за кримінальним законодавством України в умовах дії особливого правового режиму воєнного стану, у якому визначено межі кримінальної відповідальності за вчинення військових кримінальних правопорушень, уточнено особливості застосування до військовослужбовців інститутів покарання та звільнення від покарання, на підставі чого розроблено систему заходів і засобів удосконалення національного кримінального законодавства. The dissertation is one of the first in Ukraine comprehensive monographic studies of the problems of criminal liability and punishment of military personnel under the criminal legislation of Ukraine after the introduction of a special legal regime of martial law, which defines the limits of criminal liability for committing military criminal offenses, specifies the features of the application of institutions of punishment and exemption from punishment to military personnel, and develops on this basis a system of measures and means of improving national criminal legislation.
