Надано нормативно-правову характеристику обов’язку сплати аліментів. Звертається увага на те, що обов’язок сплати аліментів закріплено як на національному, так і міжнародному рівні. Акцентується увага на еволюції національного законодавства в запропонованій проблематиці. Some aspects of alimony obligations as the main institution of family law have been considered in the article. The normative-legal characteristic of the obligation to pay alimony has been given. It has been noted that the obligation to pay alimony is enshrined at both national and international levels. The evolution of national legislation in the proposed topic has been emphasised.
